To celebrate the launch of The Jewish Food Society, the VICE MUNCHIES Test Kitchen played host to BreakfastClub no.018. With Michael Solomonov of Zahav in the kitchen, preparing a 15-dish Israeli breakfast, guests were delighted by: Challah with Za’atar and Bulgarian Feta, Porcini and Foie Bourekas, Date and Hazelnut Rugelach, Shakshouka, Halloumi Kataifi with Honey Syrup, Labneh with Dripping Honeycomb, and so much more! We thought the best way to show off each dish was to have each item embroidered on napkins — thoughtfully made by Tilit.
