Trends on Trends curated a five day trip to Scotland and brought along three New York-based photographers and writers to explore the culinary landscape. Guests gathered in the artistic Finnieston neighborhood of Glasgow for a Scottish Breakfast Club envisioned by chefs Peter McKenna and Ivan Stein of The Gannet. New York creatives met with Glasgow locals to talk about food, design and travel. There was a brew bar by local roaster Dear Green, custom napkins by bluebellegray and ceramics by Sparrow & Co.
